CORN RELISH 
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimientos
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients in pan, bring to a boil. Let simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
