MARG'S SOUR CREAM COFFEECAKE 
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plus 4 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan or 9 inch tube pan. Cream butter and 2 cups sugar together until very light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, very well. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in flour sifted with baking powder and salt.

Combine remaining 4 teaspoons sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Pour about 1/3 of batter in pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 of pecan mixture. Spoon on remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining pecan mixture. Bake about 60 minutes or until done. Cool on rack.
