8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 pkg. dried beef, chopped
Mozzarella cheese

Mix cream cheese with sour cream until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella. Put on bun half and top with Mozzarella. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
