WILD RICE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. wild rice, cook 40 min. after a good washing
1 (6 1/2 oz.) marinated artichokes (optional)
1/2 of 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 bunch green onions
1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes - halves
Toasted slivered almonds

Combine all - sprinkle almonds on top. Serves 12.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Lawry salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic

Mix the above ingredients together and pour over the rice mixture and serve. Keeps well.
