3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand mixer. Pour into plate. Bake until knife comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Use cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in place of pie spice.
