6 lbs. chuck roast 2/3 c. soy sauce 2 lg. onions, cut in slices 1 stalk celery, cut in lg. pieces Cut meat to fit in crockpot or roasting pan. Add onions and celery. Pour on soy sauce. Cook on low overnight in crockpot (12 hours) or in 325 degree oven for 6 hours. Shred meat, discard fat and celery. |
