BARBEQUE BEEF & CHEESE SANDWICH 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. real lemon juice concentrate
1 tsp. Wylers beef bouillon
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. thinly sliced cooked roast beef
4 slices Borden Process American cheese

In skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter. Add ketchup, sugar, lemon juice, bouillon and mustard; simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beef, beat through. Spoon on buns, top with cheese.
