PEPPERONI ROLLS 
6 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water

Mix yeast with water. Sift flour, sugar and salt together; cut in Crisco. Add beaten eggs and yeast and water mixture. Knead. Let raise until double in size. Roll out on board 1/2 inch thick, cut into squares. Add pepperoni. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Can also be used for pizza.
