CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. powdered (10X) sugar

In medium saucepan, combine morsels, cream, and butter; stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and beat in powdered sugar. Pour into a bowl set over another bowl of ice water and beat with a hand mixer until frosting holds shape. Makes enough to frost a 3-layer cake.
