1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. liquid (milk or broth)
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. sage
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix thoroughly and pack in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
