POPPY SEED COFFEE CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1 c. water 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/4 c. poppy seeds 1/2 c. vegetable oil Mix all ingredients and beat 4-5 minutes. Pour into Bundt pan that has been well greased and dusted with 1 part cinnamon and 3 parts sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. |
