MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lb. potatoes (about 15 med. potatoes), cooked & mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. half & half
1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Or 12 ounces instant mashed potato with correct amount of water added from box directions.

Combine cream cheese, milk, butter, sour cream and seasonings with mixer. Blend above mixture with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. May be made the day before and refrigerated before baking. Then cook slightly longer. Serves 12-16. This is great with Beef Brisket.
