ARTICHOKE CHEESE DIP 
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Swiss cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can reg. artichoke hearts, chopped

Combine ingredients - pour into quiche type dish - bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts - about 1/2 hour. Serve with Lavosh crackers.
