PARMESAN CHEESE SQUARES 
1 loaf very thinly sliced bread, whole wheat or pumpernickel
5-6 beaten eggs
2 sticks butter
1 box Parmesan cheese

Dip 1 slice bread in melted butter. Dip next slice bread in beaten eggs; place on first slice. Dip third slice bread in melted butter; place on egg-dipped slice. Cut stack into 9 squares; roll in Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until nicely browned.
