CARROT CHEESE SPREAD 
2 med. carrots, finely shredded
1/2 of 8 oz. container reduced calorie soft style cream cheese
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Fines Herbs, crushed
1/4 c. Grape Nuts cereal
Fresh vegetables for dipping

Stir carrots, cheeses and Fines Herbs. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or overnight. Before serving slightly crush cereal. Shape mixture in a 7" round. Roll in crushed cereal to coat. Serve with fresh vegetables. Serves 5.
