ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 3 med. bananas, sliced 2 med. apples, chopped 1 (3 1/2 or 3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 6 oz. can frozen orange juice 8 oz. dairy sour cream Combine all the fruit in a large bowl; set aside. In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat with rotary beater for 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Beat in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Serve salad in lettuce cups or individual serving plates. |
