LAYERED RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. red Jello, sprinkled on
3 c. mini marshmallows
1 cake mix, according to directions on pkg. (white or yellow)

Spray a in 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Layer above ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut and serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
