DOUBLE CHOCOLATE NUT COOKIES | |
1 c. butter, soft 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. lightly packed light brown sugar 2 lg. eggs 2 c. + 2 tbsp. cake flour 1/3 c. cocoa 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. M&M'S® plain 3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, stir flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda together. Gradually add flour mixture to first bowl, blending until smooth. Stir in vanilla, candies and nuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2" apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Store in air tight container. Makes 5 dozen. |
