OATMEAL CRUNCH CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. quick oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and raisins. Stir in flour and soda. Add oatmeal. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen.
