BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter
1 c. uncooked "Minute type" rice
1 can each cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
20 oz. frozen broccoli
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms

Saute onion and celery in butter. Cook and drain broccoli. Mix soups, rice, Cheez Whiz, and mushrooms and add to the onion, celery and broccoli. Place in a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
