BROCCOLI - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Bisquick
2 (10 oz.) broccoli spears
1 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. reserved chicken broth

Cook broccoli. Boil chicken; skin and debone. Arrange broccoli in casserole. Arrange chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Mix together the chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour mixture on top of chicken.

Mix together Cheddar cheese and Bisquick. Sprinkle Bisquick mixture on top of chicken. Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
