SPINACH BALLS 
4 eggs, beaten
2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked according to direction and drain well
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. softened butter
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing with herbs

Mix well. Let set at least 30 minutes in refrigerator. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in cooking sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
