SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farms stuffing
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook spinach and squeeze out moisture. Combine all ingredients. Mix and shape into walnut size balls. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. Can also freeze on cookie sheets and pack into bags until ready to use. Thaw one hour.
