SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. thyme
Black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll into small balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Unbaked spinach balls may be frozen.
