1 tbsp. egg whites
2 c. pecan or walnut halves
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix egg white and nuts until nuts are thoroughly coated and sticky. In separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over nuts, stirring until sugar mixture coats the nuts. Spread on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes or until dry.
