MICROWAVE FAST FUDGE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. Baker's real semi-sweet chocolate chips

Microwave: Heat butter in 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe bowl at high 35 seconds or until melted. Stir in pudding mix and milk. Cook 2 minutes longer or until mixture begins to boil, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla and salt. With electric mixer at low speed, beat in sugar, 1 cup at a time, until smooth. (Mixture will be stiff.) Fold in nuts and chocolate. Press fudge evenly into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan that has been lined with waxed paper. Cover and chill until firm. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
