MICROWAVE FAST STUFFED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, baked & cooled
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. bacon bits
1 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
3 green onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimientos, drained

Make an "X" in one side of potato, peel back skin and remove inside. Leave a 1/4" shell for filling. Place potato in large bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into the potato shells. Bake in microwave until cheese melts and potato is hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
