MICROWAVE ROCKY ROAD CLUSTERS 
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. raisins (opt.)

Combine sugar and cocoa in 2 quart glass measuring pitcher, stir in milk and add butter. Cook, uncovered in microwave for 4 minutes on high or until boiling, stir well. Continue to cook 1 minute on high. Remove from oven and stir in vanilla, oats and nuts, stir well. Let cool for 5 minutes and add marshmallows and raisins, stirring well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper, refrigerate until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
