MICROWAVE ROCKY ROAD CLUSTERS | |
2 c. sugar 5 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1 stick butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. quick oats 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. raisins (opt.) Combine sugar and cocoa in 2 quart glass measuring pitcher, stir in milk and add butter. Cook, uncovered in microwave for 4 minutes on high or until boiling, stir well. Continue to cook 1 minute on high. Remove from oven and stir in vanilla, oats and nuts, stir well. Let cool for 5 minutes and add marshmallows and raisins, stirring well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper, refrigerate until set. |
