CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1 (26 or 32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Cooking oil

Dip chicken in egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Lightly coat one side of breaded chicken with cooking oil. Heat browning dish on HIGH power for 5 1/2 minutes. Place chicken, oil side down, on dish and cook for 1 1/2 minutes at HIGH power.

Turn chicken over and cook 1 1/2 minutes at HIGH power. Pour sauce over chicken; cook 8 minutes at HIGH power. Remove from oven and cover with cheese. Let stand, covered, with aluminum foil (shiny-side down) 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
