COUNTRY CORNMEAL BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. honey

Combine dry ingredients. Blend eggs, milk, butter and honey; add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Turn into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake in 400 degree gas oven 30 minutes or until done.
