RED EYE GRAVY 
This gravy can only be made by first frying 6-8 pieces of country ham in 1/4 cup cooking oil. Remove the ham from the frying pan and reduce heat to low. Pour 1 cup electric perked coffee into skillet. Let stand 5 minutes. Can be made with sausage drippings. Don't add cooking oil.
