RAINBOW CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can applesauce

Raspberry and cherry Jello can be used instead of strawberry.

Divide applesauce in half. Add lime Jello to 1/2 of applesauce and strawberry to the other half. Lay crackers end to end. Cover with green sauce. Layer of crackers. Cover with red sauce. Repeat until all sauce is used. Cover top and sides with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.
