GREEN BEAN SALAD | |
1 can white shoe peg corn 1 can tiny peas (Le Seur if possible) 1 can seasoned French style green beans Drain the above. 3/4 c. finely chopped celery Pimento (optional) Combine 1/2 cup salad oil and 1/2 cup wine vinegar, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Bring to boil and pour immediately over drained vegetables. Make day before serving. |
