MASTERPIECE MEATLOAF 
1 egg
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 lbs. ground round

Beat egg lightly. Add Accent, salt, pepper, mustard, bread crumbs and tomato sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Mix in celery, onions and cheese. Break up ground meat and add to bowl. Mix lightly but thoroughly with a fork. Shape into a loaf and bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serves 8.
