MEAT LOAF PINWHEELS | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chopped chuck Bread crumbs Grated cheese Onion & garlic powder Parsley Milk 3 lg. eggs Thinly sliced boiled ham Thinly sliced Swiss cheese Combine chop meat, bread crumbs, grated cheese, onion and garlic powder and parsley (to taste), eggs and milk until moist but moldable. Place on a sheet of aluminum foil and flatten out to a rectangular shape approximately 1/2 inch thick. Place ham slices and Swiss cheese slices in a single layer over entire area. Use foil to help roll meat lengthwise. Remove foil and place rolled meat loaf into a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour until thoroughly done. Slice and serve hot or cold. |
