BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumbly; drain well and set aside. Stir fry hash browns until cooked. Drain well and set aside.

Unroll crescent roll dough into lightly greased round pizza pan. Press bottom to form a crust. Prick with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes on lower oven rack.

Spoon sausage, potatoes, evenly over crust, adding beaten eggs last. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees on lower rack for 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese evenly; bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts. Yield 8-10 servings.
