BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head broccoli or 2 pkgs. chopped, frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sharp cheddar, grated
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper
Crushed potato chips

Cook broccoli until tender. Mix sauce ingredients, mayonnaise, soup, eggs, grated cheese, onion and salt and pepper. Add broccoli. Put in buttered 9 x 13 inch or 2 quart casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
