AUNT GEN'S HAM BALLS 
Have ground together 1/2 pound of ham to 1/2 pound pork. Add:

1/2 c. milk
1 c. white cracker crumbs, crushed
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix and form into small balls. Stir together:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar

Pour half of the juice over balls and bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour. Turn balls over and pour the rest of the juice on and bake 1/2 hour longer. Last 10 minutes put pineapple pieces over the balls. Ham balls may be frozen before or after baked. (Used 4 pounds of each for 20 people.)
