HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1/2 c. crumbs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix meat, eggs and crumbs. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place in shallow baking dish. Boil sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour, covered at 350 degrees. Ham loaf mix may be used in place of ground ham and pork.
