JUNGLE STEW 
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp. oil
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 (15 oz.) cans red beans
2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute' onions, peppers and garlic in the oil in a pot. Add meat and brown. Then add all other ingredients and simmer until macaroni is tender. 8 servings.
