EGG, SAUSAGE OR HAM CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
1 lb. sausage or ground ham
2 slices of soft bread crumbs
2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt (omit for ham)

Brown and drain sausage (you do not need to brown pre-cooked ham. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Mix egg mixture with meat, bread crumbs and cheese. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. Bake in 8-inch pan.
