PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6-8 pork chops
1 onion
6-8 potatoes
Salt and pepper
1 c. cheese
Little flour
1 c. milk

Place sliced potatoes in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle flour over potatoes, to cover over top, just enough to thicken juice. Salt and pepper. Add layer of sliced cheese. Place raw chops on top of cheese and potatoes. Place sliced or chopped onions on top and pour about a cup of milk. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
