CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, and cubed
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. carton sour cream

Put chicken in greased casserole dish. Combine sour cream and soup; spoon over chicken. Spread cracker crumbs over chicken mixture; dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
