CHICKEN FAJITAS 
6 chicken breasts, halved, boned & skinned
2/3 c. olive oil
2/3 c. picante sauce
1 1/2 tsp. creole seasoning, or any meat seasoning
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
Flour tortillas
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Avocado dip
Sour cream
Grated cheddar cheese
Sliced black olives
Picante sauce

Place chicken breasts in a 9"x13" baking pan. Combine olive oil, picante sauce, seasonings, lemon juice, garlic and Worcestershire sauce for a marinade. Pour marinade over chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate overnight or at least 3 hours. Grill chicken on barbeque. When done and slightly cooled, slice against grain into strips. Serve on soft flour tortillas accompanied with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado dip, grated cheese, olives and picante sauce. Serves 6.
