2 c. cooked turkey, diced
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Swiss cheese, diced
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, onions, salt and cheese into pie plate. In a medium bowl, combine milk, Bisquick and eggs. Beat until smooth (one minute with hand beater). Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
