KING CRAB AU GRATIN 
3 (6 oz.) pkg. King crab
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. grated mild cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
6 oz. can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs

Defrost crab; drain. Melt butter and stir in flour. Then add milk, cream and wine. Cook over low heat until thick and smooth. Stir in cheese, salt, paprika, mushrooms and onion. Stir until cheese melts. Fold in crab. Pour mixture into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Place in 400 degree oven and bake 10-12 minutes or until top is golden brown.
