2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
4 tbsp. parsley, chopped
4 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 slices bacon, cut into sm. pieces

Blend pimentos, parsley, etc. Spread on untoasted side of bread. Sprinkle with bacon pieces. Broil about 4 minutes about 4 inches from boiler. For appetizers, cut in strips.
