KIM'S HOT CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 green pepper
1 can Bush chili hot beans
1 can Bush red beans
2 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning
Shredded cheese, sour cream and corn chips, optional

Brown hamburger in skillet. Drain. Add green pepper and chili seasoning. Mix and saute. In saucepan, combine Rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, hot beans and red beans. Add meat mixture and heat. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and or corn chips. This chili is best if simmered several hours before serving.
