BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli
1/4 c. raisins
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 scallion, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over the broccoli, raisins, water chestnuts, scallions and bacon; mix well.

Dipping citrus fruits in hot water before squeezing will increase the amount of juice that can be obtained.
