PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH BREAKFAST PIE 
4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable shortening
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Mix first 4 ingredients to make crumbs. Take out one cup for topping. To the rest of the crumbs add milk, vanilla, and egg; mix well. Pour into greased and floured cake tins (2) and sprinkle crumbs evenly on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-37 minutes.
